Course description

This training course is designed to introduce participants to the world of chatbot development using Google's Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Over 5 days, participants will learn how to create and deploy chatbots using Google's Dialogflow and other Google AI tools. The course will cover topics such as natural language processing, user interface design, and intent recognition. Participants will learn how to design and develop conversational interfaces that can be used to provide customer support, answer questions, and perform other tasks. Throughout the course, participants will engage in hands-on exercises and projects, allowing them to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained to real-world scenarios. By the end of the training, participants will have a solid foundation in chatbot development using Google's AI technology and be able to apply this knowledge to real-world use cases.

  • Implementing NLP in your chatbot
  • Defining intents and entities in Dialogflow
  • Understanding how Dialogflow uses intents and entities to match user queries
  • Designing and implementing custom entities in Dialogflow
  • Implementing webhook fulfillment to provide custom responses
  • Designing and implementing rich responses using Dialogflow
  • Understanding and using context in Dialogflow
  • Deploying your chatbot on multiple platforms (e.g. Google Assistant, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
  • Testing and debugging your chatbot
  • Understanding and using analytics in Dialogflow to improve your chatbot's performance
