What is the mode of teaching?
We provide both physical training and remote online training (ROT), giving participants the opportunity to gain hands-on practical experience with industry use cases.
Where is the training location?
Our training location is not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but can be provided on demand in any location, whether it's another state or in another country, upon request.
What is the training time?
The half-day course will run from 9am to 1pm, and the full-day course will run from 9am to 5pm. Please note that the training times may vary.
Are computers provided during the training?
We encourage participants to bring their own laptop. However, equipment can be provided upon request. Please liaise with us 1 week before the training commences.
When I attend the training course, what should I prepare?
All training materials will be provided during the training. Our training coordinator will inform participants in advance about any specific preparation needs, such as software installation, hardware requirements, that may be required for the various courses and topics.
Is your trainer certified?
Yes, our trainers are HRD Corp TTT Certified Trainers.
Are there any weekend classes?
Yes, we do conduct weekend classes.
Does Agmo academy provide customized training courses based on training requirements?
Yes, we offer customized training programs based on client’s requirements and expectations. Feel free to drop us an email at [email protected] and we will assist you on the training requirements.

How do I register for the course from Agmo Academy?

Can the training fees be claimed under HRD Corp?
Yes, training fees can be claimed from HRD Corp under HRD Corp Claimable Courses.
What payment method do we accept?
We accept bank transfers, cheques or cash.
If I am unable to attend for a certain reason, is it possible for me to cancel the class?
No cancellation or refund after payment was made. However, we can reschedule the class for you in the next upcoming session. For further details, feel free to reach out to our person in charge for the arrangement.
Does Agmo Academy provide in-house training?
Yes, we do offer in-house training and it is HRD Corp Claimable Course.
