At the heart of MyMahir is MAHIRA, an intelligent AI-powered chatbot built to deliver instant, personalized support. Powered by Alibaba Cloud’s Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen) large language model, MAHIRA helps users navigate the platform, find relevant information, and connect with opportunities — all through natural, conversational interaction.

By integrating Qwen’s advanced natural language understanding, MAHIRA provides fast, contextual, and human-like responses — transforming how users interact with MyMahir while reducing manual support workload for TalentCorp.
