Recently, Mr. Tan Aik Keong, the founder of Agmo Studio Sdn Bhd was invited to “Talent Ready 101 Project” at Nilai University, in collaboration with Faculty of Engineering of Nilai University and Iconix Talent Network, to share ideas and insights of entrepreneurship and employment.

As an engineering school in Malaysia that employs project-based learning and adopts the CDIOTM framework in its curriculum, the purpose of the talk is to groom engineers to-be with a ‘big picture’ view to address real world challenges and empower them to unleash their full potential.

The talk was full of insights on everything from struggles to entrepreneurship breakthroughs to software development. It was inspirational, informative and eye-opening in ways that can help students in Nilai University become a better person and a better professional.
